With just seven weeks left in the regular season, we’ve got a wild ride ahead of us. But right now, the attention centers on the 11 teams still hanging onto their unbeaten records. 11. Liberty (5-0)

Starting off the list is Liberty! The Flames made a splash last season by representing the Group of Five in the New Year’s Six bowls, but they’ve got a bit of a climb ahead if they want to make it to the playoffs again. So far, their best win was a decent 35-24 victory against East Carolina. Sure, they’ve got a great shot at going through the regular season undefeated because of a soft Conference USA slate, but after their Fiesta Bowl blowout by Oregon last season, it’s questionable if they’ll convince the playoff committee to back them over a team with, you know, an actual challenge.

10. Pitt (6-0)

Next up, we have Pitt sitting at 6-0. They’re the only undefeated team from the ACC, but this ranking might raise some eyebrows. They snagged a narrow win against Cal, 17-15, but to be honest, it was a bit of an eyesore. Only managing 277 total yards of offense isn’t great! 8. Navy (5-0)

Their quarterback, Blake Horvath, is on fire, throwing for seven TDs and rushing for ten more! That’s right—talk about Dual-threat! If they keep this momentum, don’t be surprised to see them on the radar during the playoff discussions!

7. Indiana (6-0)

Now let’s talk about Indiana. Surprised? You shouldn’t be! Their hot start isn’t a fluke—the Hoosiers snagged Curt Cignetti from James Madison, and he knows how to coach a winner. However, can they really rely on quarterback Jake Retzlaff to carry the load by himself? The upcoming rivalry game against Utah on November 9 could be telling!

5. Iowa State (6-0)

The Iowa State Cyclones look like they’re the real deal after a convincing win against West Virginia! They’ve only allowed one team all season to score more than 20 points. With their dual-threat attack and solid player performances, this team is definitely eyeing the Big 12 title!

4. Miami (6-0)

Miami hit the brakes last week, enjoying a well-deserved break after an astonishing comeback win against Cal. They’re raving about Cam Ward, who’s emerging as a Heisman favorite. They better keep that intensity going into their next game against Louisville!

3. Penn State (6-0)

Next, we have Penn State, who’s been grabbing attention with star TE Tyler Warren putting on a show against USC. His insane 17 catches for 224 yards and a touchdown in that overtime win might just be enough to position him for greater recognition as the season rolls on!

2. Oregon (6-0)
