Join the Training for Student Advocates
First up is the Training for Student Advocates happening on Sunday, October 6, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. This event will take place at St. John’s Lutheran Church, located at 157 Lady’s Island Dr. While this session is primarily geared toward students, everyone interested in making a difference is welcome to join! It’s a fantastic opportunity for students to learn how to voice their opinions and make an impact within the school system.
Open Training Session for All Advocates
Next in line is the Training for All Advocates, set for Wednesday, October 9, also from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.. This session will be held at the Bluffton Library, right at 120 Palmetto Way. Whether you’re a parent, teacher, or community member, this training is tailored for anyone who wants to learn more about advocating for our students and schools.
Understanding School Board Meetings
FABB has planned not just these two sessions but also two additional events this month! These upcoming opportunities will dive into the ins and outs of school board meetings.
