The Savannah Music Festival (SMF) will return for its 36th annual festival from March 26 to April 14, 2025. The festival is set to feature nearly 100 live performances by acclaimed artists from around the globe.

Events will take place in iconic venues throughout Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District. Executive Director Gene Dobbs Bradford expressed excitement over the festival’s diverse offerings and its commitment to the local community and access to live music.

2025 Lineup Highlights

  • Theater performances: Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Angélique Kidjo, Warren Haynes Band
  • Jazz performances: Branford Marsalis Quartet, Lakecia Benjamin, Emmet Cohen
  • Chamber music series: Led by Philip Dukes featuring the Danish String Quartet and Julia Fischer
  • Dance performances: BalletCollective, Step Afrika!

International Roots Music highlights will include:

  • DakhaBrakha from Ukraine
  • Anda Union from Mongolia
  • Kiki Valera y su Son Cubano

The festival also celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Irish-American group Solas and features the renowned South African group Ladysmith Black Mambazo.

Bluegrass legends will be showcased with performances by:

  • East Nash Grass
  • Della Mae
  • BeauSoleil avec Michael Doucet

Notable Performances

  • John Moreland at District Live
  • Leftover Salmon on opening night
  • Victor Wooten & the Wooten Brothers debut
  • Junior Brown on closing weekend
  • Nathan & the Zydeco Cha Chas leading the annual Zydeco Dance Party

Ticket Information

Ticket prices start at $39 and can be purchased online, by phone, at the Savannah Box Office, or at the venue prior to performances. Discounts are available for the following:

  • Students
  • Military personnel
  • Educators
  • Seniors
  • Patrons aged 40 and younger

Last-minute rush tickets at discounted rates will be available for select concerts for festival volunteers, students, educators, and military personnel. Additionally, Explorer Passes providing free access to general admission performances will be available for Savannah-Chatham Public School System students.
