During his tenure as Stormwater Manager, he’s proven to be quite the innovator. One of his standout achievements is the creation of a stormwater risk assessment tool. This nifty little gadget helps prioritize service requests and even assists with budget planning. Educational Background that Impresses

For those curious about his educational background, Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Georgia State University and a degree in civil engineering from the prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to joining the Town, he spent over 17 years working at Hussey Gay Bell in Savannah, Georgia, as a Project Manager and Director of Transportation.
