Hilton Head Prepares for Joyful Christmas Concert to Support Local Communities

Hilton Head Gets Ready for a Uplifting Christmas Celebration!

Hey there, Hilton Head! If you’re looking to get into the holiday spirit, you’re in luck! The Gullah & Latino Advisory Council (GLAC) has joined forces with the Hilton Head MLK Committee-for-Justice and the Hispanic Business Association of the Lowcountry to bring you a spectacular event that you won’t want to miss! Mark your calendars for the second annual Christmas Concert happening on December 15th and 16th at the music hall of Christ Lutheran Church, located at 829 Wm. Hilton Parkway!

Fun for a Good Cause

This year’s concert promises to be more than just a feast for the ears; it is also an annual fundraiser aimed at lifting up the living standards and community services for Gullah, Latino, and other underserved groups in our lovely Lowcountry. Tickets are going for just $30 per person and can be snagged at www.lowcountrydiversity.org. With such an affordable price, why not make it a fun night out with family and friends?

Expect the Unexpected!

The producer and performer of this unique event, Terry Herron, is bubbling with excitement. “I’m serious when I tell people that this is an incredibly professional, high energy, surprising, fun, funny, emotional, and engaging musical event,” he says. He adds, “It’s also inspiring and delivers a very special come-together moment for the audience.” Sounds amazing, right?

Terry is especially thrilled about the variety and quality of the show. He refers to it as a “60’s kind of concert,” where you can really feel the love and mutual respect in the air. The stage will feature eight solo performers who will belt out many of America’s most beloved Christmas tunes. On top of that, there will be some talented Latin singers and musicians, along with a few of our Gullah friends bringing some of their Christmas Gospel classics. It’s a blend of music like you have never experienced before in the Lowcountry!

Get ready for an emotional roller coaster where you’ll find yourself laughing, crying, applauding, swaying, and even singing along! The energy will be infectious, and you’ll definitely feel the warmth and love radiating both onstage and throughout the audience. And let’s not forget that by attending this event, you are supporting your fellow residents who are eager to be embraced, valued, and recognized.

Community Matters

These three organizations have dedicated their efforts to uplift underserved communities in the Lowcountry, particularly in Beaufort and Jasper Counties. As Terry puts it, “Let’s invite them in – they are our neighbors.” It’s a wonderful reminder of how much stronger and more vibrant our community can be when we come together, despite our differences!

So, what are you waiting for? Grab your tickets today, and don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to celebrate the holiday season with your neighbors while contributing to a meaningful cause. For any questions or more information, feel free to reach out to Terry Herron at terry@herron-group.com or give him a call at (843) 271-9919.

Let the Holidays Begin!

Get your festive jingle on and join everyone this December for a show that promises to warm your heart and uplift your spirit. Here’s to celebrating the season of giving, sharing, and coming together as one big harmonious community! See you at the concert!
