This Saturday, December 21, Beaufort will be buzzing with excitement as the DAYLO (Diversity Awareness Youth Literacy Organization) hosts a delightful holiday event at the Beaufort County Main Library, located at 311 Scott Street. From 1 to 3 p.m., families are invited to join in on a festive Teddy Bear Picnic, where the joy of reading and community comes together in a heartwarming way!
High school and college student volunteers from the local DAYLO chapters have teamed up with the nonprofit Pat Conroy Literary Center to create an unforgettable afternoon dedicated to literacy and inclusion.
