In a wonderful turn of events for the local education community, two talented students from Beaufort County have been recognized for their outstanding academic achievements. Austin McGuire from Beaufort High School and Ava Elizabeth Rios from Bluffton High School have been named semifinalists in the prestigious 2025 National Merit Scholarship Program.
