- Christopher James Sparks, 52, of Bluffton: Manufacture, distribution, etc. of cocaine base, first offense; distribute, sell, manufacture, possession with intent to distribute, or purchase of controlled substance within proximity of school.
- Stuart Bertram Lupinski, 33, of Bluffton: Manufacture, distribution, etc. of cocaine base, first offense; possession with intent to distribute cocaine within a half mile of a school.
- Donnell Antonio Mitchell, Sr., 56, of Bluffton: Two counts of manufacture, distribution, etc. of cocaine base, first offense; three counts of possession with intent to distribute crack within a half mile of a school.
